Český Krumlov


After the monastery, we drove the short distance to Český Krumlov, in the southern part of Bohemia, where we had a great lunch and then a free afternoon to wander.




The three husketeers found plenty of photo opportunities.


The castle, which can be seen in the background, was originally built in the 13th century and has been updated several times, resulting in a mixture of styles: Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque, and Rococo.
